Kiddopotamus & Co. Organic Cotton SwaddleMe – Ivory
My son slept through the night since 4 weeks, he was sleeping 8-10 hours without a peep by 6 weeks and I attribute it to theses swaddling blankets. Babies quickly grow out of receiving blankets but these velcro blankets are great. Although, they make me feel like I’m putting him in a “straight jacket” he slept so much sounder and longer and I think that is great for mother and baby.

Once we found this product, we were hooked. Warm, comfortable, easy to use, and it gives peace of mind, too! Our son is now three months old, and we still wrap him in this every night. It keeps him from starting himself awake, knocking the pacifier out of his mouth, and seems to make him feel secure. My ONLY complaint (and it’s a small one) is that it seems to shrink slightly in the dryer, and so it has to air dry, but if you buy a couple, it’s not particularly inconvenient to wait for one to dry while using another. I won’t even register for blankets for the next baby – this is all we need!

The Swaddle Me Organic blanket is one of my favorite things! I didn’t have any thing like this with baby #1 4 years ago. I don’t know how we kept him swaddled?! This is so soft and so adorable, love the ivory. It is EASY to get baby in and swaddled. It is a perfect fit, baby is now 2 weeks and 8 and a half pounds, still has room to grow. It is the first thing I grab for when I go to put my baby down for nap or at night. Also tried Miracle Blanket, which seems a little bit overkill at this point (newborn).

i like that this product is organic cotton, but it really only worked for a few weeks. after that our daughter could get out of it no problem. i recommend the miracle blanket instead. she’s still in that and she’s 5 mo. swaddles do wonders…i don’t know what we’re going to do as she grows out of it.
