These Bulbs are just awesome, the light they give off is actually sort of pinkish – and the best part of the deal is that you can actually wear them… that is if you have only one foot and enjoy women’s shoes.

I compared these to GE Lighting 75406 13-Watt CFL Spiral Reveal Light Bulb, 60-Watt Output, 1-Pack. Bluemax Sunset came out the winner with a much more incandesent-like look. The only downside is the cost.

Gosh we love these lightbulbs! I do lots of crafting and sewing and purchased these lightbulbs instead of the other ugly and expensive full-specturm light fixtures that are otherwise available (Ott-light, for example). These bulbs fit right into your existing fixtures and emit what at first seems like blue light compared to your regular incandescent or other CFL bulbs. We quickly got used to the light and I find these to be excellent task lighting for late night reading or hand sewing sessions.
